  • Shipping and Returns Policy
    We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days after shipping delivery, if 14 days have passed since shipping delivery, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
  • Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
    Orders will be shipped out within 72h. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your invoice number and tracking details (if applicable) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including customs, tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
  • Damages
    Smirmoor Pedals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please take photographic evidence if possible of any damage to the packaging or goods.
  • Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
    Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Exchanges
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. 
  • Exempt Goods
    Sale or custom items are exempt from refund.
  • Shipping your return
    Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
